The Wise One Challenge
It all begins with you. You have to commit yourself to making life better. That means wanting to learn new things, improve your skills and enhance your abilities. It also means being open to changing fundamental aspects of your personality and attitudes toward life. Be able to change your mind. It can be quite fun.
If you are not willing to change, then there is nothing anyone can do to help you. Furthermore, you won't be of much use to anyone else if you aren't willing to observe, have two way communications and then think about those communications.
The primary purpose of the following reading and video lists is to make you contemplate life from different angles and thereby make you more assured and able to be helpful. Hopefully they will inspire an attitude of "something can be done about it".

Drills-
In addition to reading you should do many hours of guided communication, self-confidence and self-control drills. This will greatly increase your sense of poise in challenging situations. You will be guided on these drills which you will do with a partner.
Stage one of the drills is being at peace in your own space.
Stage two is being at peace in your own space while communicating with someone else.
Ask for a demo so you can experience directly what these drills are about.
Final Test-
What are differences between "There are Reasons for Everything that Happens"
and the saying "Everything Happens for a Reason"?
This can be answered by creating a long list, very long, of dichotomies, like Choices vs Obligations or Keep Trying vs Accept your Fate, then elaborating on which dichotomies you feel reveal the differences most clearly and why. Email BreatheFreePrinciples@yahoo.com with your results if you want some feedback. You might win a T-shirt.
